An incredibly simple and functional blood pressure diary that works through your mobile devices camera. Simply point the camera at your blood pressure monitor, and the app will remember your readings. The application is compatible with a significant number of home blood pressure monitors. The Heart App syncs data with Apple Health and allows you to export informative PDF reports.

With permission from the user, The Heart App communicates with Apple Health.

Revoke Permissions
You can revoke the previously given permission at any time in the application settings.

Sending Data
The Heart App can send systolic, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate data to Apple Health.

Receiving Data
The Heart App can receive systolic and diastolic blood pressure and Apple Health heart rate data.

Deleting Data in The Heart
Please note that when deleting a reading in The Heart App, this reading will be automatically deleted from Apple Health.
